Until recently, Gembah’s global sales team submitted contracts through Slack. From there, accounting and sales had to manually enter each contract into QuickBooks®. It was time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to errors.

Thoughtful deployed a custom AI Agent to automate the entire process. The Agent pulls incoming sales data directly from Slack and inputs it into QuickBooks every hour, with minimal to no human input.

This removed the need for manual handoffs between sales and accounting and made collaboration between both teams more seamless. The integration was fast and lightweight, with no changes needed to Gembah’s core systems.
